Do you love to sing? Do you want to learn?

Perhaps you just want to meet people and try something new. Black Thrive in collaboration with the Pegasus Opera Company will be hosting the Pegasus Windrush Choir for anyone and everyone interested in learning to sing, having fun and connecting with new people.

How do I join?

To register your interest in the choir, please email Victoria using the email address [email protected] The choir will be meeting every Wednesday from 11 am – 1 pm from 19th September for five weeks. After the five weeks, the choir will perform for the public in two shows on Saturday 20th October at Brixton Library and Tuesday 23rd October at Lambeth Town Hall. The choir is free for all to attend and there will be a choirmaster there to support everyone in being the best they can be.

The choir will be meeting in Brixton at The BRYCC, 143-145 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6LZ

What is the Pegasus Windrush Choir?

The Pegasus Windrush choir has been founded to celebrate the contributions of the Windrush generation here in Lambeth. It is a great opportunity to connect with local residents, celebrate Lambeth’s rich Caribbean culture and also provide local residents with a great way to look after your mental wellbeing.
