We are recruiting: Employment Working Group Members

 

The Black Thrive Employment Working Group is recruiting new members with lived experience to influence and address the inequity and improve the employment experience of Lambeth’s Black communities who have one or more multiple long-term health conditions.

The Black Thrive Employment Working Group is made up of a diverse group of people who either have direct lived experience of the issue at hand or play a role in providing services related to employment and long-term health conditions. The purpose of this group is threefold;

  1. Ensure the voice of those with lived experience is central and these voices influence policy, strategy, service delivery and systems level change.
  2. Ensure that organisations providing services to people have the capacity to engage with their lived experience
  3. Reduce inequalities faced by Lambeth’s Black communities who have one or more multiple long-term conditions.
