Black Thrive is a partnership that works to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people in Lambeth. We place the voices of the community at the centre to influence policy, service design and delivery. We are a small and dedicated team with big ambitions. Our work focuses on changing systems that create and sustain inequalities for Black people in Lambeth.
We are looking for two interim Programme and Partnerships Managers to join our team at the beginning of August to lead on one of two of our workstreams. Please see the role descriptions for further information about the key priorities for each role.
We especially encourage applications from people of all Black backgrounds and social identities; individuals who have lived experience of the mental health system, carers and people who may have had contact with the criminal justice system.
Please send us a copy of your CV (no more than three pages) and cover letter (up to two pages) outlining your suitability for the role, the number of hours you wish to work and when you will be available to start working with us.
