Rachelle is a member of the founding team at Black Thrive and works as an Associate at Social Finance. As part of Black Thrive, Rachelle supports the Public Health team on the development of the shared measurement system. She also supports the facilitation of Working Groups.

Rachelle joined Social Finance in June 2013, focusing on the issue area of Young Adolescents with complex needs. She currently leads Social Finance's performance management and analytical work on Rewriting Futures and Your Chance, two of the Fair Chance Fund SIBs, a £15m outcomes fund established by the Department for Communities and Local Government to improve the life chances of young people who are homeless and NEET by supporting them into accommodation, employment and training. Rachelle previously worked on the performance management during the final year of delivery and project closure for two of the SIBs awarded as part of the Department for Work and Pensions Innovation Fund. She also works more broadly on projects within Housing and Homelessness. Rachelle holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
